Counseling & Coaching for Individuals
“I don’t know how to get what I need."
It happens to nearly everyone at some point. You’ve hit a wall with some challenge or circumstance, and you just can’t see how to move past this obstacle. Or you find that you’ve reached a point of looking back on your life, and what you see is a consistent pattern of self-defeat in close relationships or in your career.
Everyone struggles, whether they admit it to others or not. Some struggles are so common that we have given them names: anxiety, depression, anger, addiction. Other struggles are unique to your own situation, and you may not even know what to call them—much less how to handle them on your own.
Have you been settling for less?
If you want to live a life that matters and be fulfilled, but you’re not sure how to get there, you may need a little help.
I believe that almost everyone can experience more success, more satisfaction, more fulfillment. But we weren’t born knowing how to achieve these things. Sometimes what it takes is a straightforward effort to learn new ways of being in order to build the life that you truly want.
I can help you create the meaningful and satisfying life that you deserve.
I’m a coach, counselor, and therapist in Denver who brings a great deal of real-life experience (and sometimes an irreverent sense of humor) into the healing space of the client–counselor relationship. I combine practical life experience with proven therapeutic techniques to help my clients...
- Gain clarity about their needs and desires.
- Access strengths they didn’t know they had.
- Heal from past wounds.
- Make internal and external changes.
- Overcome persistent problems.
- Build lives that are more successful, satisfying, and fulfilling.
Here’s how we accomplish this in therapy or coaching. I offer a safe space of warmth and honesty without judgment, where the objective is not to “fix” you but to develop your inherent strengths and equip you with the tools you need for success.
We will work together to uncover beliefs, fears, or emotions that no longer serve you, and we’ll identify ways to apply universal human factors of fulfillment to your own life. I’ll also provide psych-ed so that you can better understand how your mind works, and I’ll teach you mindfulness practices that allow you to gain awareness of—and control over—your own thoughts, feelings, and behavior.
My goal is to help clients outgrow counseling and get back to living. If you’re ready to begin that process, I would be honored to walk with you on your new path toward satisfaction and success.
