Everyone struggles, whether they admit it to others or not. Some struggles are so common that we have given them names: anxiety, depression, anger, addiction. Other struggles are unique to your own situation, and you may not even know what to call them—much less how to handle them on your own.

I’m a coach, counselor, and therapist in Denver who brings a great deal of real-life experience (and sometimes an irreverent sense of humor) into the healing space of the client–counselor relationship. I combine practical life experience with proven therapeutic techniques to help my clients...

Here’s how we accomplish this in therapy or coaching. I offer a safe space of warmth and honesty without judgment, where the objective is not to “fix” you but to develop your inherent strengths and equip you with the tools you need for success.
We will work together to uncover beliefs, fears, or emotions that no longer serve you, and we’ll identify ways to apply universal human factors of fulfillment to your own life. I’ll also provide psych-ed so that you can better understand how your mind works, and I’ll teach you mindfulness practices that allow you to gain awareness of—and control over—your own thoughts, feelings, and behavior.
